By accessing and using Nano-Banana AI services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Neural Corporation ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the Nano-Banana AI platform and related services.

Nano-Banana AI is an artificial intelligence-powered image generation platform that allows users to create digital images from text descriptions and modify existing images using advanced AI algorithms.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Text-to-image generation
• Image-to-image transformation
• AI-powered image editing and enhancement
• Commercial licensing options
• API access for developers

To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful or prohibited activities. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

• Generating harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Creating deepfakes or misleading content without proper disclosure
• Violating intellectual property rights of third parties
• Attempting to reverse engineer or exploit our AI models
• Using the service for spam or malicious activities
• Generating content that violates applicable laws or regulations

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the images you generate using our service. However, commercial usage rights vary by subscription plan:

• Free Plan: Personal use only, no commercial rights
• Pro Plan: Limited commercial usage rights included
• Premium Plan: Full commercial usage rights included

Our AI models, algorithms, software, and platform remain the exclusive property of Neural Corporation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our proprietary technology.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers with at least 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may use generated images and prompts to improve our AI models, unless you opt out in your account settings. Personal information is never shared without your consent, except as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neural Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
